Handmade beaded kandi cuff bracelet with jellyfish accent beads. The part that rotates says “Bubble Buddies.” This cuff is made out of pony beads strung together using stretchy elastic string, so one size should fit most. Knots are sealed with super glue. Bracelet is 36 pony beads around.
