Do you hand make everything?Yes, I dooo! :) The beads aren’t handmade by me (obviously I buy pre-made supplies), but the finished products are 100% my own creations.
Shipping & Processing TimeProcessing time is 1-2 days. I have everything made already that’s listed, however I need some time to package it up safely and get it shipped out!
Once I hand your package to the mailman, it is beyond my control! I will submit tracking to you (via email) as soon as I have the label printed and package all taped up.
Return PolicyUnfortunately, I do not accept returns. I work hard on all of my products and take pictures, so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
If anything is to arrive broken, I can do one of two things (after I receive photos of the broken item):
I can refund however much you spent on the product back to the original payment method.
I can create you a new item (free of charge!) that resembles whatever you bought the most! All of my products are one of one and unique, so I can’t replace it identically.
Your choice totally! I want to make you happy with my products. :)
