Kandi Cuffs

Kandi cuffs are made out of pony beads, stretchy elastic string, and whatever I can find to be focal point of the cuff! I like to use Pokémon cards, trinkets, and small stuffies; but no small toy is safe from becoming a cuff in my house lol!
